Step 1


After your purchase agreement has been signed, you will begin the design phase, during which you will work closely with our experienced Selections Manager to ensure that your new home will reflect your style and taste. During this time, we will present you with all of the included finishes, floor plans, and the schedule required to make your selections. Once your finishes are selected, we will request a deposit based on any upgrades you have chosen.

Step 2


As the design process gets underway, we will begin to construct your new home. Your Selections Manager will act as a liaison between you and your construction team to ensure your vision is well executed. We will conduct several on-site meetings with you where you will be able to see your new home take shape! These will be strategically coordinated to allow you to review important stages of construction including the framing, electrical, and plumbing. Other meetings may be required along the way to ensure we have all the information we need to build your dream.

Step 3


About one week before your closing, we will meet with you in your new home for a new homeowner orientation meeting. We will conduct a formal walk-through to make sure everything is move-in-ready, and we will familiarize you with your home before you head to closing and receive your keys. Upon closing you will receive a packet that contains all the information you need about your new home, the Homeowners Association, and your warranty.
