Comprehensive Project & Construction Management
Once you decide to move forward with us, we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. Our online client portal gives you private access to track your home’s schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. Stay on top of upgrades and payment due dates and easily contact us with questions or concerns.

Design
Once your purchase agreement is signed, we start the design phase. You’ll work closely with our Design Team to ensure your new home reflects your style and taste. You’ll explore finish and floor plan options along with the schedule required to make your selections possible. Once the design is locked in, we’ll execute a contract and require a ten percent (10%) deposit.
Build
Our Design & Selections Specialists will work with you throughout the selections process to make sure your home fits your style. Your Selections Specialist will act as a liaison between you and your construction team to ensure your vision is well-executed. We conduct several on-site meetings with you where you’ll see your new home take shape. These will be strategically coordinated to allow you to review important stages of construction — including framing, electrical, and plumbing. Additional meetings may be required to ensure we have all the necessary information to bring your dream home to life.
Welcome Home
About one week before your closing, we’ll meet with you in your new home for an orientation meeting. It’s a formal walk-through to make sure everything is move-in-ready, and you’re completely familiar with your home before you receive your keys. Closing comes next. This is the time you’ll receive all the information about your new home, the Homeowners Association, your warranty, and most importantly… your keys!
