His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensures every home reflects the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and design.

What began as a family business continues as one — now guided by the next generation. Under Bryan’s leadership, Joshua One remains deeply committed to building not just beautiful homes, but lasting relationships with the families who live in them. The company’s roots trace back to 2005, when Managing Partner Paul Zeltwanger leveraged his background in finance and real estate to launch the firm through a series of luxury residential developments throughout the greater Cincinnati area and Northern Kentucky.
